You are shopping at your own risk. However, in some cases you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if things go south and they may investigate the site.

It does look too good to be true, and those CD cases look like the games might have been stolen. Find some other game on the site for pennies on the dollar that's only around five dollars or so and try that.

I can't say one way or the other, though.

EDIT: Some of their keys actually cost more than what I've seen them for on reputable sites. Just an FYI.
