if i buy a car from a different state that is salvaged, or rebuilt and drive it back to my state, does it change to a clean title? or stay salvaged/ rebuilt?

i know someone who said they bought a salvaged car in california but said it was a clean car in washington. don't know if he's just a dumbass or if it's actually true.

Definitely not if the title is salvaged, most likely not even if It's rebuilt.

I don't get a think on this thread. Can you travel through USA being a mf on the road in a country then it gets ok when you go to another state ?
