Question about reshipping

Hey guys,

So I live in Chicago IL and its illegal to buy a tazer and ship it to me here. If i used a reship would that work? or would FedEx or USPS, UPS pick it up and not send it to me?

I don't think that they scan for national mail, but I'm not really sure.
