Changing Region in Steam

Hi Guys
I want to change my Purchase Region in steam
I'm using Hotspot Shield Elite VPN
I've put location to China
But when I want to change my steam country location to China
It says:

Your last steam client log in was : United States

Please Help...

log off an then log in with vpn ?!Then change your region .....

Maybe try another vpn worked every time for me so far with russian games
Idk maybe steam hardened the restrictions last time i tried was around 4 months but i got no money on my wallet loadet it after region change

You can buy a steam gift card with your wallet and send it to an new account probably this helps you but i think its only possible at an game stop so far..... allright got no ideas sry ^^

you know that if you change region your currency will change too right? and i don't think you will get those moneys back. Why do you want to change your region to china anyways?

Games are cheaper, though

wth ... bought 20 times games from russia with vpn its not hard......

tough thing. make a new account with a VPN and buy from there. dunno.

I've kind of done this very often. I used India and Russia for cheap games

. To change your region make sure you do a restart of your PC. Then start the VPN with your desired country. After that start steam, don't worry about wallet money they do get converted according to current conversion rates. Buy the game and that it's, use VPN to play the game but most of the game will lose their steam lock in 3-4 Month and then you can play without VPN. I'm playing game such as MGSV, BO3,W3,HITMAN without using VPN

. Hope this helps. One more thing, don't change countries often 'cause then steam won't let you change region more than once in a month.
