Ok what is the code if say before the use can open my program they must read a thing first then click ok then my form will open

how would i do that

If u want like a popup then in form1.load type in form2.show* or msgbox("blablabla")

*this is only if u want a cancel button

He meant more like a "Agree To Terms Before Continuing with a Text box of terms and etc.

However , Team Viewed him, and resolved it .
