UGG.com refund possible?

Basically all clothing / apparel companies are refundable (atleast partially) for example you buy an expensive item and a cheap item, call them up when they arrive and say only cheap item arrived and they refund you for expensive item. Less profit but less risk since they aren't likely to start a carrier investigation.
