Help on script to make everyone shoot!

Hello I was wondering if someone could make a script that would make a player shoot their current weapon/current vehicle weapon repetitively(like in a loop). Or make 2 script for the primary and vehicle weapon. Could you make it so that every time I execute it turns on and off.
