Question about external drive
So basically my external drive keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and first i thought it was the power so I went into power setting and into usb setting and disabled power suspension when plugged in. However it keeps doing it. Has anyone else had this issue? I was thinking it was the usb 3.0 cord they provide and it being a piece of shit. So has anyone that bought a external drive experienced this?

If it's disconnecting and reconnecting, it's more than likely the cord.

Check the cord and moreover are you sure the hard drive isn't broken?

If it is then it doesn't matter cause I have a warranty for full replacement but I don't want to use it unless I really have to.
