OS version can be the same (may not be, but can be)
That code has a If statement that checks OS version, so It will only work on computers with the same OS
You can however use hardware fingerprint, which is found in my tutorials
Hardware fingerprints are unique, so run my app to determine your hardware fingerprint, then
implement it into your code as a form of authentication
