if you got blacklisted ( paypal email )

do i unlink my cards from my old acc and add to new one ?

or do i just add another email to my account and order again?

and what if they blacklisted my phone number that require verifcation

I've never added or had to verify my phone number on G2A, and i have refunded for like $600, but I don't think you can add the same cc and bank acc to a new Paypal.

I am not sure, you can talk to a support agent.

Send money from the blacklsited pp address to another one.
If you're using a cc, paypal won't let you link it to another account, unless you get really lucky as it happened to me twice without having to contact support.

Pay using a VCC. There are many users that can also sell you phone verification for a small cost.
