plz help me

many people set that i can set the blood effects on by filling in the chat box:/b and the blood wil then show up.
now i have another problem:enemies i shoot down wil dont fall real.
and if they shoot me i dont fall real to and i have installed english patch

can anybody help me plz?

and iff you think i scam you i dont do that and this is not a joke
