Paypal claim limit..

So I hit the wall for the first time after much fun with G2A. Now I just need some assistance with how I can continue without using my current PP account since it is legit. So.. experienced ones, what now? I thought of the idea to create a new PP account, perhaps in my own name, a family members without their consent(for the ID verification if that would occur) or a fake(what about ID verification?).
I guess I need a vcc and vba(please recommend good ones where I can fill up with PP money, don't have Bitcoin), but how would I in the end get the money back to my original bank account, without PP getting suspicious?

Need to lay low with current Paypal account, and need help creating a new account and continue my refunding.

After how much disputes did you get that email from pp ?
