Upload images

How can i upload images on new thread?...

You can upload them via the forum attachment system: Go Advanced > Manage Attachments > Add Files > Select file > Upload > You are done. Alternatively, you can upload them to an image hosting website, e.g. www.imgur.com and post the link to them in your thread. In your case, specifically, if you end up deciding to do so, you'll have to put spaces in-between it, e.g. www . imgur . com so the forum system doesn't recognize it as an actual link. This because you still don't have the minimum required post count in order for one to be able to post links without any restrictions, which is 15 posts.
