buying a second account for hack?

I want to get a second account to use some of those p2c, my question is that if I get banned, would it affect my other account if I only use 1 pc?

BE does log HWID but it does NOT ban it. This is used to track down cheat devs.

If you use IWC ,it only has ESP and it will last only for 1 game before you get banned. Idk about **********.
