Need a place to start

I'm currently interested in learning on how to make hacks for WarRock, I've looked on here but i couldn't find a TuT on how to start. I was wondering if anyone could spare a TuT site for me so I could try and make and bring extra hacks here

what programs would I need to use?
Any one able to help?
