You can read the console right? It says clearly numpad 3 toggles f1 f2 nospread or f3 smiper noscope spread.

you're not getting the cmd console because you're not opening the hack correctly, make sure you follow the steps

The steps are well the hack starts well but after starting the injector disappears as it should and then the console should appear but it does not appear

it might be that your anti-virus corrupted the file, try to download the hack and use it without your anti-virus on
