IP tracing.

So quick explenation.My steam accout was hacked,all of my games are gone,my email was hacked too and he deleted and changed my profile.I tried to find him throug ip´s he used.I got throug Czech Republick to Belarus to Canada and then i think i found him in Moscow.Question is if i give you all informations what he done is there eny way i could get revenge or atleast find him?

Everything you have was hacked lol.Your only chance is if you had made any purchases with a credit card or paypal so you can get your account back through that.OR if you can recover your email adress back.

I have access to my email.I managed to caught him when he was trying to get to origin

And i made purchases with my credit card.But i cant make ticket for steam support.And i evan have Cd-key for all of my games saved.

0% chance i am sorry to disappoint u

It could be VPN/proxy if not you can do ISP dox (hard and maybe not work) or just search his ip on leakedsource etc
