❓ What browser should I use for web development?
Hello!

What is/are the best browsers for web development (to edit html/css and JS, also maybe debug PHP?)

PHP is a serverside language so browser won't do you much good in debugging it. As for what browser to use; as many as you want to support.

You can actually use programs like Tamper Data to debug PHP client side.
I'm currently using Safari but I don't find it great for development

I use K-Meleon or SeaMonkey.

Internet explore of course! But seriously I write my code in P5.js or Sublime text then test it in Google Chrome. It really doesn't matter what browser you use. But it is good to test your website in multiple browsers.
