Conlogger error on Ubuntu VPS

so i have an ubuntu 16.04 VPS running, setup using the " [Tutorial] Hosting Fabiano Private RotMG Server Source on a Linux VPS" tutorial (can't post links), and whenever i try and load the server, i get this weird error.

same error happens on both wserver.exe and server.exe
