how do you bring up the menu?

i successfully injected the hack and joined a game. when i pressed ins. the menu didnt come up. am i pressing the wrong button? i'm running vista 32 bit if that helps.

EDIT: now i am getting this d3dx9_42.dll error. what is happening?

okay i downloaded the thingy now what in the world do i do whit capub.dll

and with the dll, u download faith injector ( find it easily on google) and in the proccess name u put Engine.exe with a capital E . after inject and start combat arms.
