Yo no need to be so f rude, ofc i understand to download latest cheat engine, and load the iw cod process, and open the file but then what. And the uploader of this dont even mentioned use w or e, there is no info at all, not even if we need cheat engine.

I understand, what i do is open cheat engine click the small computer icon and open iw process.
After that i click File tab in cheat engine and open file Simplehackupdated.CETRAINER. thats it right ? if thats it it dont works for me.

It works now u dont need to open file u need to click the map icon and load unprotected CEtrainer
How can somebody knows who never fucking used cheat engine.....

Almost all option are working now, the only option what dont works for me is uav hack.
