How to set up the cheat
1. Make sure that your cs:go display mode is windowed or fullscreen windowed
2. Limit your cs:go fps to the equal of your monitor's refresh rate ( fps_max 60 )
3. Launch the cheat
4. In the settings tab make sure that you have toggled FPS Limit ON!
5. Set FPS Limit value to the double of your cs:go's fps ( 2*60 )

Man, I can not use the hack.
Could you explain how to use it? I open the CS and then start the hack as administrator and the hack does not show in CS.
I must be doing something wrong, could you help me?

I do this, I already put the fps_max 60

Example: I enter a match with BOT to test, I execute the hack, I see it running next to the CS, but in the game, I press INSERT and it does not display the menu
