Keep it at a 100 or so. Im using it for a couple of days now and its fast enough, didnt get banned

600 to not receive the Transaction Error Message. Just turn it to 600 and put Anti AFK on. That's what I do. I watched like 4 episodes of a 20 minute serie and I got well over 45M$.

Not as far as I know. I was using other aspects of the cheat too, but not to grief anyone, so I doubt that anyone reported me. Something in the cheat got me banned, and it might not have been the money

THX for this amazing menu but can you fix the bug that i can spawn the same vehicle more times, for example i can spawn the cargoplane only ones in a game
and for example the adder i can only spawn ones. thanks

Don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I just got banned for using the money feature. So I'm not sure this is undetected anymore.
