Solved[FSOD] Custom Item Error

I made some more custom items and when i first put release them on my server they work perfectly but next thing you know a couple of days later when i tested them out the server and playing around i get a item error that doesn't let me use the item and its a big black and white square that's suppose to be my custom skin i gave to it. I wen through my JPEXS and went through my dat1 and nothing was change so i restarted my server and wserver and it happen again with the custom item. So i check my wserver and server console and showed nothing there it was all the same i did the give command and i didn't get any errors but still got the item error with the black and white square thing on it and still wont let me use it. If there is any knowledge on this situation please comment below and if you need more info or a pic ill try my best to send put one on here.

one thing why it can be its you typed the 0x17b wrong this is a Example Look at your Inmages like this
T1ring = Number 8 and T8 Hide armor number 8 (i think ) too when im not wrong also 0x88
