Modding and bans question.

Hi, I am currently searching for informations about GTA Online modding. I have 2 questions related to bans :

1- Should i mod using a second Socialclub account ? Since I want to be legit on my first account, could I use a "modding account" without risking to get banned on my main?

2- Are the bans only on socialclub, or also on Steam? Should I buy the game on another Steam account if I want to avoid getting banned on Steam?

Bans are only on social club. They aren't connected to Steam.
