Clantag Animation

Never figured out how to do this shit, I've been trying to get help but nobody will help.
Do I just assign values to clantag and change the timing? I would like so help with that. Thank you.

It you external sleep for 500 milisecs, if you are internal create a tick counter example if it reaches 32 set clantag to something, then if it reach 64 set it to something else and if its more than your last clantags tick value (example 64) set it to 0 again.
