I put in a Grand Theft Auto 5 Service thread yesterday, after hours it never went through so I put in another one. Could someone look it over, and if it's valid, allow the second attempt to go through?

First off, note that threads as well as attachments, I might add, can take up to 24 hours to get dealt with by Staff.
