I've had it happened a few times. Its just a matter of calling up your bank and telling them to authorize the payment.

i had closed one of my accounts and my coinbase was connected to that account, just had to sswitch.

Yea, me neither. Been using Coinbase for a year and a half. Granted I only receive or send BTC from 1 wallet to another, without doing any Bank transfers, but it's been working fine for me.
