blockchain sucks

Hey guys ,

So around 1 week ago i couldn't access my blockchain account because the 2 factor code was not being sent to my phone . So i completed a 2 factor reset request and sent it to them . It been 6 days and there has been no reply from blockchain . What do i do ? Do i say goodbye to 100 dollars? Or is there another way to directly contact them through live chat or email? Please help me i need that cash so bad . I would have liked a yes or no reply from them . Not saying anything just creates more and more hope .

Just go to where there's phone reception. That used to happen to me...when I had no reception on my phone ._.

It's your chance to not get respond. They answered my questions and looked websites like Reddit. *solved my problem

Blockchain is a good wallet man, its probably your problem, i got my ticket answered within 12 hours
