PERM BANNED

So I got perm banned on my account 3 days ago.

If I were to buy the game again and not be banned, will I have to use a new Steam account & a new Social Club account?

You will have to use a new account for sure. It seems like a lot of people have been getting banned lately.

I heard that people are getting 30 day bans, not permanent...
I'm afraid, there's nothing much you can do about this..

You can try the "smurf account" method. It's been posted on the "tutorials" section. It's working for me, my refund was approved and the online mode still works on the smurf account.
