Charged back GMOD

I chargedback dem fuckers saying I didnt receive the item after I got banned. Then it turns out the dispute couldn't be escalated to a claim because i must wait until 28th. So I updated it like 1 minute later to partially received and that they offered to give me a coupon and some free shits instead of providing me my rank and I rejected the coupon. I told them I would get banned if I get a refund but I dont mind and would like the refund because the fuckers at the server are shady.

Will I get the refund or what?
