I want to buy google play $ from there ,because i heard they dont have PP support. Is it safe to refund from them? And what do i say to paypal, the code dont work?

Then open a report, with screenshot in your account and say "code doesnt work"
They respond to paypal from time to time so be careful on that.I could work on your refund today or tommorow.
