FTP File Server

Does anyone know any good FTP server hosting for free that do support RAT like properties... Please.

I use Filezila not sure if support or not

Wait I just realized, he's asking for hosting lol.

Just buy cheap linux VPS anywhere and install an FTP server.

Get yourself a Linux server from somewhere like OVH or somethin.... :P
