Kinda every ragehack is the same.

i follow the steps and i get the same error as cocaine above me. I first do cd desktop cd reportbot npm install and then the error appears any help? i tried using cd bot instead of report bot but it says file not found?

You can ReportBot with one account once per 6 Hours.
You can CommendBot with one account once per 12Hours.

Valve has kind of limits ? To little reduce spoofing the reports etc.

they can't and they have probably lot of accounts so that's why u think they "bypass" it
