Who wins the chargeback if someone sends as Family and Friends.

The buyer. PayPal always sides with the buyer, especially if it was a transaction involving Virtual items. If it involved the exchange of Physical items, the seller may have a slight chance of winning after they provide proof of delivery. But still, PayPal will always side with the buyer.

Even if they are transferring currency? Like bTC and paypal.

Especially if you're transferring currency. They will always side with the buyer.

Even the thought that the transaction could be forged "terrifies" paypal and they would never want to have trouble with the law.So I'm afraid you are going to lose this one.

Anything virtual like person above me said is an auto loss

Paypal always siding with buyer is not true. There were a few cases I had that seller won albeit, none were virtual. They included INR, IND, and Fraud (I did INR/Fraud combo on one of the items cause the seller was a scammer but was unsuccessful). Btw will Paypal even let you open a dispute for virtual items anymore? Could have sworn they said buyer has no protection for virtual goods.

OP: If you can manage to persuade Paypal to think that your account was hacked or fraud is going on you can win. What is your exact situation btw? Are you the seller or buyer and who opened the dispute/chargeback?
