Well, I've heard some people from China can do that by modifying the game files. They claim that it is done through UbiSoft official API port which is totally Risk-free, I find this to be rather unconvincing, they charge like 20 bucks and can unlock something that is way more expensive than that. However, I've confirmed that people who bought this services actually got not only the Season 1 Pro League Weapon Skins but also bunch of things like season pass 1&2, latest Bushido sets, Pro League skin(golden), etc; though I'm not sure if they got banned after this. So I'm curious about how it works. FYI, they send you some kind of activation software+code to unlock the skins.
