Making Hacks

I want to start making my own combat arms hacks, What do I need to start making them? Whether its C+ or C#.

you need experience you cant just download and open it up and start :P, i started by reading books, getting online help, then i start my own projects, i learned a cumputer works, i learned how a cpu starts procces. then i had more help and i made stuff. gl
