Can someone make a macro for Middle Mouse button: if i doubleclick with middle mouse button, then the macro stay it on HOLDED, and if i press it again, then stop it. (For pulse)

because simply holding your mouse is too difficult....
Yes, becuz i have sanitary problem on my fingers, and its start paining if i dont move it for 10 seconds
