Any bans for changing save file?

I wanted to use the file that is all prestiged but was wondering if there have ever been any bans for it at all? So I have to turn off steam cloud forever if I do this right? Are there any other things I should be aware of?

still no bansant people use it like 4-6 months

Using save-file since the free-week before x-mas.. Still nothing. I also used CE.

silent mode = no ban :P
