[FSOD] Server Socket #2048 Error

Hey guys I'm trying to create a rotmg pserver using a tutorial to make FSOD server. I followed everything correctly and doesn't seem to show any errors.

Everything works but the problem is when I try to make a character and log in It just shows the character in the middle of the screen until the error pops up (Server Socket #2048)

If it helps the character doesn't seem to be saving as i have to remake it every time i try though that might be cause i'm exiting server/wserver

Also this is for localhost so im not sure what problem is :(

In my taskbar I have avast and mcafee are those causing the problem? I disabled windows firewall and exited skype. here are my logs from wServer/server batch files:

If u notice spaces in localhost ip or the c:/ path its cuz i couldn't figure out why the stupid forums said i was posting a link.
