Strange Bug!

Hello! I got a really strange and confusing bug recently. I was working on FSOD source adding some things like commands and items and when i hatch my pet from egg it is turning to hp pot and causes weird things. Also I have set up correctly fresh and clean FSOD source to check in and I had this bug also on FRESHLY set up FSOD. Can you tell me wtf is going on?

Actually not the xmls problem , I have same bug on Fresh , Untouched set up Fabiano with Kaos AS3 client.
