i need help

can somebody teach me how to upload my new thread design ? i know i have to upload it on imgur to get a link but then what ? i accidently uploaded it as a thumbnail like you would for proof.

You would do [.IMG]imgur.com/example.png[./IMG] (Remove the dots)
