Nope it's most definitely not patched. If you are unable to "transform" an item than you are doing something incorrectly.

Make sure the slots are EMPTY
make sure you entered 649 in the value and clicked "new"
once you equip the item you want, scroll down the list and see the "red" values that have changed.

I can only get item ID from slot ID. I have search it on every type of value(at first, tried both 8 bytes and 4 bytes and did not work either) and paste them on notepad, found the exact ID like you described in video. Then I changed it, nothing happened.

They surely patched It. I can not even find an Item ID.
