BTC Donations

I see tons of people leave BTC addresses in their signatures for donations, do people actually get donations over mpgh?

Not the ones who need it.

Not that I know of.

Depends, if that person did help and appreciates it, then maybe a buck or so. I do leave anonymous donations from time to time
