Request to re-instate my thread for services

Hi!!!

Sorry to post on here if it's frowned upon but I've been talking to Hova about re-opening my thread regarding services and such. He asked me to verify my Skype and I have done so with him but he has yes to answer me in 2 days about re-opening my thread! I hope that I can get an answer as to if it can happen or not! No hard feelings, I can make a new one with guidelines being followed ^^
