So I am looking to buy some accounts but I don't have a paypal account setup because I am underage and I have no idea have bitcoin works. Can anyone help me get a paypal setup or some payment method so I can buy an account?

Just go register on PayPal, it doesn't ask you for your documents.. Also Skrill is a way, but not so many people use it.

PayPal won't care that you're underage. But be warned, you will have limitations with the account being unverified by a credit card/bank account.

Business accounts work the best. Just have a parent / guardian help ya verify it. If not use one of the services here to help you.
