warrock problem

i have a problem when i go into warrock the srceen stays black and then its says error

Can you explain any better? What does the error says? Do you run xp or vista? Cant you see anything except black? Had this happened before?

it has nothing but black it says nothing and xp and im reinstalling it

But you said there was an error message. Which is it?

ok, how about your graphic card(model, drivers and so on)? and have you changed resolution for too big(because if you do that game just blinks and crashes, just like you said)? It can be also because of latest patch (k2 managed to made new bugs also).
What i understand there were no error box at all? someone else translate that to english
