First, don't request hacks like that. Ask nicely.
Second, the reason why you don't see hacks for this game is because people don't want to get banned. Yes you get banned if you hack or cheat in this game, EVEN if its only in the singleplayer. Turn 10 are pretty harsh on that unfortunately.
Third, Cheat Engine works fine. Or at least should, it did when I tried it.
