is there any code that will make you home phone ring

Does A PC Have auto dial?
Does a pc have Snake II?
My point: A PC aka Code cant do this because it cant dial
Like it hasnt got say you need Linux? and you have XP
its just not the same?
I think you need a device + it doesnt have like a MIC

There is code, and components for telephony, Including placing calls and answering calls as well.
But it will require that you have a Dial Up Modem , SpeechSDK comes with telephony tools
and same knowledge of our com ports.
Your computer can call any line but the line it is on, because the line will be busy because you are on it, (if you understand).
So yes it is possible, not hard, and very handy for use with telephony and answering machines, or auto callers.
