Someone copy-paste all my stuff

So there is a forum i do not say its name in my opinion it sucks its overloaded with download files its slow everyone leeching and for some reason it still has active users but its similar to mine and i never had any problems with it but now he just copy-pasted all my warning reasons, rules, post where iam explaining what is leeching and new users guide and more when i registered on his forum to see whats there he just banned me with no reason specified, what i can do?
